(That someday arrived on 4  October 1997 at the launching of the USS HIGGINS DDG-76 at Bath, Maine.  Robin invited me to the launch and I shall never forget that day. Thank you my  dear you are truly a lovely young lady. God bless your husband COL. William R.  Higgins and the ship that bears him name. The Internet is full of wonderful people  but you are one of the very best. God bless you and keep up the good work. You  will always be the USS OAKLAND'S USMC SWEETHEART. Semper Fi.
