ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:

Kathleen Lowe

With out her help supplying the information and images
I would not have been able to create this Memorial.
Thank you my dear.

I was sorry to hear of Paul's death.

Paul was a wonderful friend and shipmate.
I am very happy that Kathleen got in touch with me
so that we can give him the proper
honors that he so richly deserved.

This completion date of the Memorial happens to be

my 60th enlistment anniversary into the US Navy.
