Chris Peterson passed around a couple of flyers of up coming events in and around our area. 50th Anniversary Cavalcade of Wheels March 20 & 21 South Bend Century Center ******* 31 st Annual Ford Show June 25-26-27 O’Reilly Raceway Park, Indianapolis Dee McKim gave her financial report. Keith McKim brought some of his car magazines and thought if members have ones that they don’t want any more, instead of throwing them away to bring them to the meetings and recycle them. Just make sure you cut your name and address of the covers. Chris discussed the matter on donating money for this year to two Charities. Buzz & Judy’s Charity- Apple Ridge $200 ---Jay and Ann -Relay for Life $200. A motions was made and Bill Watson second it. All were in favor. Michelle Pickens is organizing a trip to the DEBRAND CHOCOLATE factory tour in Ft. Wayne. This will be on March 20th. Leaving the courthouse at 8am. She will see about reservations for us to eat in Ft Wayne the tour will cost $5 each. Then the plan is to go on to Auburn after lunch. Chris asked Cheryl Brown to send out a letter to all past and present members that have not paid as a reminder. Our new officers for 2010 are: President-Chris Peterson, V President-Jim Rigney and Sec/Treas-Cheryl Brown. Next meeting will March 23@Jaretty’s 6pm.
