HELT Realty, Inc. was established in 1979 by David J. Helt, a lifetime resident of Fulton County.

HELT Realty, Inc. is staffed by individuals who live and work in this area. In 1998, Dave's son, Justin Helt, joined the corporation. Dave and Justin are both full-time real estate brokers and licensed appraisers. Currently Tina Brubaker, Kenneth Gentry and Lindsay Straeter have thier real estate licenses associated with HELT Realty, Inc.
