| Strength and Flexibility | ||
| Two things create the improved strength and flexibility of the QBC stud over a standard stud. First, the design creates a third leg running down the center of the stud. This vastly increases the vertical load a QBC stud can endure before reaching failure. Second, the adhesive allows the stud to deflect when a load is placed upon it instead of attempting to stand completely rigid, This allows the QBC stud to withstand a far greater load than a standard stud is capable of. | ||
