WALK - THE - WALK 2009

Walk-the-Walk for Hope Hospice 2009 was a great success! 70 walkers showed up on a cool, damp Saturday to remember loved ones who have passed and add awareness for the services of Hope Hospice for Fulton County and the surrounding area. Hope Hospice has had the honor and privilege of caring for our community for the last 14 years. Without the generosity of our community we could not provide the personal and compassionate health care our community deserves.

With the donations of our sponsors we provided prizes for 4 different categories:

·        Ruth Anne Markley; Most money received through pledges ($530.00). She received a Vizio 26” LCD Flat Panel TV.

·        Cindy Davies from Nashville TN; Farthest Traveled Walker. She received a Casio Digital Camera.

·        Betty Miller won for the Oldest Walker. She received a 9” Digital Photo Frame.

·        Larissa Newcomer won the Youngest Walker Award. She received a DQ Ice Cream Cake and a $25.00 Gift Card from Wal-Mart.
